A Special Review From Last Week
Happy November everyone! Hope everyone had a fun Halloween, even if it may have not been quite what we are used to!
You know, we get a lot of great reviews from our customers, and we appreciate it! Every once in a while we get one that just makes us feel so good we have to share it! Please take to time to read this review from Patricia:
“Just wanted to tell you about Scott who came to clean my furnace this morning. He’s a great guy, pleasant and professional. However, he went above and beyond for someone he met only a few minutes before. I had my husband take the dog for a walk when Scott was on his way. When my husband returned to our backyard, the dog knew someone was in the house and was anxious to get back in. In the process of my husband adjusting his mask, one of his hearing aids fell off and was somewhere in the grass in the backyard. My husband was on his hands and knees going through leaves and pine needles trying to find it. I couldn’t believe it, Scott actually took the time to help look for it and was the one to find it in the grass. Needless to say, we were thrilled it was found. I know how busy you guys are and I was so impressed that Scott would take the time to help look for it. And he found it which was more unbelievable. As I’ve mentioned to you before, coming upon your company has been one of the greatest things to have happened to me. Please tell Scott we said thank you again. ”
