Parts and labor - 3 years from date of repair

NON MEMBERS: Condensate cleaning - 30 days

Parts and labor - 90 days from date of repair

Initial Installation Guarantee 2 years From Installation Date*

Parts- up to 10 years per manufacturer's warranty

All labor covered during warrany period except:

-Maintenance (condensate drains, air filter)

-user error (emergency switches turned off, thermostats turned off/settings wrong)

-out of fuel -electrical failure

-acts of god

-rodent damage

*5 or 10 available Extended warranty available - details per MCC or other third party warranty company
